The Gift of the Three Stranded Prayer
Thank you for the Three Stranded Prayer! Yes, let’s thank our faithful and true God today for the gift His has given us in PRAYER! Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. (Jeremiah 29:12) In the comment section on the blog page leave what is burdening your heart and in the mighty name of Jesus we will pray for each other. Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. (Matthew 18:19) What a gift we have in “The Three Stranded Prayer.”
The Gift Of Community
It’s better to have a partner than go it alone.
Share the work, share the wealth.
And if one falls down, the other helps,
But if there’s no one to help, tough!
Two in a bed warm each other.
Alone, you shiver all night.
By yourself you’re unprotected.
With a friend you can face the worst.
Can you round up a third?
A three-stranded rope isn’t easily snapped.
We are so very thankful for the power of and the gift of community. The Father has said: “two are better than one” (Ecclesiastes 4) and we are to “encourage one another and build one another up.” (Thessalonians 5:11) Yes, prayer is the best use of His Words to not only empower us but to also encourage the lost, the devastated, the weak, and those feeling hopeless. PRAYER WARRIORS: There are MANY IMPORTANT prayer requests that our sisters and brothers have entrusted to us; we must be faithful to them (and God) by lifting them up to His throne! Please take a few moments today to pray for those whom God leads you to. (James 5:16) Yes, the Father trust You with the powerful weapon of.. prayer! Let’s honor Him and our brothers and sisters with our prayers. Especially pray for those with the same prayer needs as you and for those who are going through what God has delivered you from! It is the holiday season and it is hard for some. Let’s pray God’s love to wrap them tight! “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.” Matthew 18:20. Yes and AMEN!
Love, Love, Love,
